Due to the nature of Hunted Game, we must adhere to specific policies to ensure quality and safety.


1. Harvested animals must arrive fresh and un-frozen.
2. Time and date must be confirmed with a manager prior to drop off. Drop off is available Tuesday thru Friday, 7am to 10am.
3. Harvested animals must be fully field-dressed with no head, entrails, hind, or feet.
4. You must have valid legal harvesting tags, valid legal hunting permit, and accompanying, matching government-issued ID.
5. For private harvest, we require proof of attendance and harvest on private property.
6. All carcasses are subject to inspection on arrival and we reserve the right to refuse any carcass upon inspection.
7. We do not ensure quality of the carcasses or return value if carcass spoils.
8. ECB guarantees complete process and packing within 4 days of receiving.
