This is the most affordable way to purchase our premium pasture-raised, grass-fed, and grass-finished beef and lamb, and our humanely-raised heritage pork. Your whole, half, or quarter animal will arrive at ECB for butchery, at which point we will call you to discuss how you’d like it portioned (steaks, roasts, grind, rendered fat, etc). Your meat will then be custom cut and wrapped, ready for pick up!
