Thank You Santa Ana, We'll Miss You

Dear Friends of ECB,
 
After months of discussion, Steve, Richard, and I have decided to permanently close Electric City Butcher’s Santa Ana location. Our last day of operation will be February 25, 2023. Rest assured; ECB is not going away. Like Noma, there will be a reincarnation. Electric City Butcher will continue sales with our online partners, and will continue to operate our sister store, Graze and Gather Meats in Claremont, CA
 
We're proud to say we've helped responsible farmers and ranchers gain greater access to Southern California dinner plates. We've encouraged other butchers to take the leap into this profession, shared what we know and had fun with our guests in more than 100 classes and events, and provided amazing meats and foods for almost a decade.
 
We thank our farmers for their commitment to raising such stellar products to fill our bellies. We thank all of our team members who have crossed the shop threshold to drink the ECB kool-aid and embrace our mission and approach. We thank all the partners that have helped our business along the say, including equipment supply stores, restaurants, chefs, food service establishments, and so many more.
 
We thank you, the “Guest,” who has always been welcomed into our “home.” Thank you for supporting our mission for so many years.
 
And most all, thank you to our loved ones and families who have supported us on so many levels. Our gratitude will never equal the love and sacrifice you have made to help us achieve this dream. Thank you for standing by us.
 
Our goal has always been to provide our community with the highest quality, greatest transparency, and most responsibly raised products available. We are so proud of the positive impact we have all made together as a community to change the way we eat. That’s why we started this whole venture, and we can say with confidence, BOX CHECKED ✅.
 
In celebration of eight years of providing our Southern California community with the most responsibly raised and delicious meats, we invite all of you to come to the Santa Ana shop to say goodbye on Feb. 25th from 11am-4pm.
