Grateful for You!

With everything going on for the holidays, sometimes we forget that Thanksgiving is all about being with family and reflecting on what we are thankful for. 

At ECB, we’re a big family made up of butchers, ranchers, farmers, restaurateurs, small business owners, and changemakers. So, I thought it would be fun to ask our family to share what they are thankful for this holiday season.

Electric City Butcher is thankful for each and every guest who comes in our doors. Not only do we love making responsibly-sourced meats more available to Southern California, but we get energized by watching each of you come back through our doors because you’ve enjoyed preparing, cooking and serving these meats to your family and friends. We may be a little butcher shop, but we have a huge heart. Thank you!
