Raised in Solano County, these lambs are hormone & antibiotic free, living out their lives on green feed, & cared for by 4th generation lamb producers. Get your Butcher Training Started w/ Pork 101
Have you ever wanted to be a butcher? Do you want to better understand the food you eat? No matter your reason, we’d love to have you at ourPork 101 Class on January 24th to get to know your pork basics (and more)! You’ll get hands-on instruction in breaking down a whole Llano Seco pig, an ECB tool bag, & drinks and treats at the end of the evening!
Sandwich of the week: Porchetta-Style Roast Pork
This week, we’re making a Porchetta-Style Roast Pork Sandwich! Roasted pork belly & loin with a classic porchetta rub, accented with fresh arugula, pickled watermelon radish, lemon aioli, & provolone on ciabatta for only $10. We make limited quantities Tuesday thru Friday, so get here early to grab yours & pick up some pork belly ($14/lb) or loin ($15/lb) of your own to roast at home.
