February 22, 2018 is our Third Anniversary. And We're Ready to Party!

We're closing down the patio at 4th Street Market and inviting all our guests, friends, supporters, & farmers to the biggest whole animal party in the OC.

There will be whole animal rotisserie, #charcuterie, #yakitori, seafood crudo, pasta bar, tacos, ECB Burgers, and Recess by Playground beers and cocktails.

While you're stuffing your face, you can chill out to live music, get to know our ECB Butcher Team, and watch live demonstrations of the art of whole animal #butchery.

Just in time for spring, Electric City Butcher is offering--for the first time--an introduction to whole lamb butchery. This hands-on overview will teach you how to break down an entire lamb into primal cuts, tie roasts, cut your own chops, and "French" a lamb rack. At the end of the evening, we'll celebrate with some tasty charcuterie, snacks and drink. Every participat goes home with 4lbs. of ECB meat and their very own Electric City Butcher Tool Bag.

Parking
Public parking is available in the Bush Avenue Parking Structure (at 4th Street). Metered parking is available along 4th Street.

Refund Policy
If you can’t make it, please let us know 72 hours before class starts. Due to popular demand, class registrations are non-refundable, but you can always transfer your ticket to a different date or attendee. Any late cancelations (after 72 hours) get 50% of the registration fee in store credit.

Electric City Butcher is excited to offer its most requested class, Pork 101. This hands-on overview will teach you how we source our animals, how to identify the different parts of the pig, the basics of breaking it down, and how to prepare your favorite cuts. We’ll review knife skills, seam butchery, and you'll get to cut any meat you take home.

Each student takes home 4 lbs. of pork, gets an Electric City Butcher Tool bag (boning knife, twine, handouts, coupons), and 10% off any purchases in the shop that evening. Light food and refreshments served afterward.
